WorldchangingWired news has posted a review of Worldchanging: A User’s Guide for the 21st Century. According to Wired, this book is “a comprehensive, cohesive vision for sustainability that feels perfectly in sync with the times.”

Science and technology, in particular, factor large in the Worldchanging vision. Carbon nanotubes, smart appliances, wearable cameras and even those dreaded RFID tags all get play. That makes a lot of sense when you consider that at the root of our problem is our insistence on sticking with an outdated infrastructure.

In other words, it’s not just go live in the woods. We get to keep our computers in this not-too-distance utopian worldview. Yay!
