Burning Crusades Muscles In

Burning Crusades has brought World of Warcraft back on it’s warpath of life destruction. For a while there, I thought I might actually quit playing World of Warcraft and switch to Eve. I had initiated a number of alternative plans. I’m still playing Eve Online however I’m training up at 15 day skill at the moment and haven’t been in tough with my fleet in about a week. I started playing Quake 4 as if I might actually enter a tournament at QuakeCon this year. Then there’s the Wii.

So many paths but only one clear choice. Burning Crusades.

Players rabidly chomp at the bit to log in on mal’ganis and then chomp more for camped quest mobs and instance runs. You’re already a noob if you want to do blood furnace, god forbid ramparts. Most players are at least level 62. I’m taking my sweet time because I paid almost $50 for this expansion. I’m going to look at every new mob and imagine a story for each new location I encounter. I’m going to role-play the god damn instances. I’m going to read the entire quest briefing!
